We all know how important Mythic Unique items are to our character builds, but their drop rate is extremely low. And the unique items dropped by killing bosses are affected by RNG, and whether you can get the equipment you need depends on luck.
Therefore, many players choose to make Mythic Uniques directly at Blacksmith. It is worth noting that the production of each Mythic Unique not only requires a large amount of Diablo 4 gold for sale and gem fragments, but one of the most important materials is Resplendent Spark.
So, here, we will share a method to quickly get Resplendent Sparks in Diablo 4 Season 9, which allows you to farm repeatedly and will not be affected by RNG. If you have a friend to help you brush it, it will be faster. However, this is not a necessary condition.
Step-By-Step
Next, we will detail the complete steps to run this method.
Create A New Character
First, you need to create a new character in the same class as your main character or the strongest character.
Level Up To 60
Then, log in with this new character and level him up all the way to level 60.
Now, if you have a partner to work with, join them. Choosing to level up in The Pit with your friends will allow you to reach the level cap faster.
Of course, you can also use other leveling methods, such as transferring Whisper Caches from your main character to your new character, or you can run Helltides directly, and you can use Nightmare Dungeons with the new Forgotten Wisdom affix, which provides additional experience orbs after killing enemies, to create the best leveling path for Diablo 4 Season 9.
During the leveling period, you should also complete the seasonal quest line until you can access Season 9 Reputation Board. This will not only allow you to earn more Diablo 4 gold, but also unlock additional skill points to better customize your character’s abilities.
Transferring Main Character Gear
Once you reach level 60, transfer your main character’s gear to this new character by removing it, putting it in your warehouse, then logging back into the new character and equipping it there. This way, you’ll be transferring a lot of power from your main character to this new character.
Next, you’ll need to upgrade this new character by allocating skill points. Note that you only need to allocate all Paragon points, but don’t consider glyphs. This is because we won’t need to upgrade glyphs for what we’re going to do next, and glyph upgrades take a long time.
Running The Pit
Now that the character is ready. Next, we’re going to enter The Pit.
I recommend that you unlock and start with Torment 2 difficulty. Because on T2 difficulty, you only need to complete 25 levels of The Pit to reach the level cap, plus with your main character’s new gear, this should be easy.
Clearing Infernal Hordes
Next, and perhaps most importantly, we’re going to enter Infernal Hordes. For this, you’ll need some Infernal Compasses, not too many, four or five at most.
Compasses are common as drops during this season, so you should have plenty of them. If not, you can also get them by farming Belial, or by opening Helltide Caches or Whisper Caches.
Once you have Infernal Compass, you can then head into Infernal Hordes and start farming monsters with your new character. By doing this, you will find yourself gaining an incredible amount of reputation. More specifically, each elite kill will give you 480 reputation, which will bring the reputation track very close to completion.
Farming Reputation
Therefore, it is recommended that you kill as many elite monsters in Infernal Hordes as possible, which will maximize your reputation. Although it is not a problem to deal with these non-boss enemies with your current equipment, it is still recommended that you invest some Diablo 4 gold in your defense gear to avoid extending the farming time again due to accidental death.
When you reach level 18 on Reputation Board, you can teleport out to claim your reward, which is a Resplendent Spark. In addition to this, you should also claim all other reward chests from Reputation Board.
For me, it took me four clears of 10 waves of Helltides to reach the highest level, but it depends on your clearing speed and character strength.
As I said at the beginning, this method is repeatable. So, if you want another Spark, put your equipment in your inventory, put everything you want to keep in it, then exit, delete this character, create a new character, and repeat this step until you have enough Sparks.
Is It Necessary To Farm Resplendent Sparks?
However, some players think that farming Resplendent Sparks is meaningless because the real first material when crafting a specific item is the rune. But in fact, we can choose to use only two Sparks and 50 million gold at Blacksmith to craft a random Mythic Unique.
I recommend that you always use this method instead of targeted crafting, because the runes required for targeted crafting are very expensive for you. Random crafting guarantees that you get the key equipment you need as soon as possible at a lower cost. Of course, it all depends on you!
In general, farming Resplendent Spark is still very necessary in Season 9, especially when you want to build the most powerful character build. It is impractical to rely entirely on drops. It is a wise choice to find all the materials for crafting!
